At Yourkids, we can tailor a complete program to meet your requirements and needs. We do not just have one program for everyone, we will spend the time with you and your family to know and analyse your needs. At Yourkids we understand the values of empathy and trustworthiness and emphasise much importance on this in our hiring of specialised individual staff.

Yourkids started with this mission in mind to allow others with disabilities more positive opportunities. We encourage a culture of care by respecting diversity when working with others and observing our Code of Conduct. Promoting staff responsibility, means empowering our staff to be responsible and accountable for their own actions. Encouraging our staff to think outside the box to identify areas of improvement and continuously improving our service.

Quality Services
We provide services that are accredited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) which is administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS) and provide the Community Services sector with a step by step approach to quality improvement – the framework being to assist with an organisation’s business systems, management practices and service delivery. ASES has achieved International Accreditation status through the International Society for Quality in Health & Social External Evaluation Association (2021 – 2025).
Yourkids, a NDIS provider, has achieved 100% compliance with no findings during their recent NDIS audit, showcasing their commitment to quality care and service. Additionally, they demonstrated exceptional performance in the ASES audit, further highlighting their dedication to maintaining the highest standards.

Staff Development
Yourkids is committed to employee professional development, and to ensure our high quality of service delivery is met we offer all employees training in:
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Safety Intervention (previously known as MAPA)
- Developmental Trauma Training
- Sensory Modulation and Regulation
- Disability and ASD Training
- Infant Safety Training (for staff working with children under the age of 5)
Our staff have the following up-to-date clearances and training:
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Up to date First Aid certificate
- Child Safe Environments training
- Assist with Medication Training
