• Implement policies that prohibit discrimination and harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, and ensure that these policies are enforced fairly and consistently.
• Provide resources and support for LGBTQI+ employees, students, or members, including access to healthcare, mental health services, and affinity groups.
• Actively seek out and collaborate with organisations and individuals who share our commitment to LGBTQI+ inclusivity and equality.
• Continuously review and update our policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they remain relevant and responsive to the needs of our LGBTQI+ community.
